Spread 2 tablespoons of yoghurt over half the mixture. Swirl through half a passionfruit in the yoghurt.  Sprinkle almonds, pistachios in a row. Slice nectarine or peach in rows and drizzle with bush honey…lastly sprinkle a bit of coconut over.

Granola Plus

Sprinkle some toasted low sugar granola over one corner.  Add a row of yoghurt. Add 2 chopped medjool dates, sliced kiwifruit, sliced strawberries.  Drizzle over bush honey and don’t forget the coconut.
