Soak ¼ cup of chia seeds, in 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk with 1 tsp of cinnamon.  Stir a couple of times and then let it set in the fridge.  It should set like porridge. Cover any leftover chia pudding and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
