Listing Terms and Conditions – Registration and Accounts

You may register for an account with our website and you must not allow any other person to use your account and access this website. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must not use any other account which is not registered to you to access this website.

User Login Details

You must keep your login details and password confidential.

You are responsible for any activity on our website arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential, and may be held liable for any losses arising out failure to keep your password confidential.

Directory

We publish a directory of Restaurants, Cafes and Juice Bars on our website and you may use the directory to advertise your business by entering only the information allowed on our new listings page.

Free Listings

You may submit a free listing to our directory only when it is advertised to do so.

If we accept your free directory listing submission, it will remain published on our website until further advised for which after this period it will be subject to termination or deletion at our discretion or upgraded to a paid subscription.

We may delete a free directory listing at any time with or without notice to you.

If we have listed a free listing for you we may delete it at any time  with or without notice to you.

Paid Directory Listings

You may submit a paid listing to our website directory at any time.

If we accept a paid directory submission, it will remain on our website for the period paid for. If payment is not made at the due time the listing will be subject to termination or deletion at our discretion.

We may delete a paid directory listing at any time for non compliance of the website terms and conditions and privacy policy with no refund due.

Rules for Directory Submissions

Each submission to our directory must be in regard to acai bowls, smoothie bowls, smoothies and juices. You can advertise other food types as long as the main food type is among those mentioned here.

You must keep your directory listing up to date using our website interface.

Your directory submissions must not relate to any unlawful business, product or service and you must not make any directory submission with a view to conducting any unlawful activity.

Fees

The fees for our services will be on our website from time to time and will be exclusive of GST

You must pay our fees in advance and in cleared funds.

We may vary fees at any time by posting new prices on our website.

We may increase agreed fees from time to time by advising you in writing.

If you make any unjustifiable payments to us you will be liable to pay us within 7 days following the date of our written request. Any administration fees can be added to this at the rate of AUS$50 per communication.

No unlawful or prohibited use

As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these listing terms and conditions or the user terms and conditions. You may not use this website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair this website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of this website.
